Queen Anne's lace and red Coral Bell were used to design the wings for the Fairy of Patience. Pressed fall leaves were layered to create her hair, and a variety of rose petals to fashion her pink frock.

The original work is matted and framed, and protected with clear UV conservation glass.

All works are signed by the artist.

The Fairy of Patience can inspire us to be patient with ourselves and others as we allow life to unfold.

 

At Pressed for Time, I have created seven pressed floral fairies representing seven of the many attributes of love.

I call this divine artwork "Petal Painting." My seven fairy pictures were originally fashioned entirely from pressed flower petals and are now offered as affordable giclee prints.
